ISN YOGA CLUB

       This year ISN Leiden has introduced its very own Yoga Club. For all those people looking to improve your flexibility, center your core and your mind, and wish to do so in good company, then look no further!

We have a delightful young lady who leads the sessions.  She herself is a huge yoga enthusiast and practices it herself daily. As this lovely lady is a student the times of the sessions vary, but take place at least once every two weeks and sometimes weekly.

Therefore:  find the Facebook group ”ISN Yoga Club” and join to keep updated on when and where there next session will take place.
